The first one I bought is fine. I am very happy with it.Upon buying a second one, the weight in the base fell out. Upon getting a replacement, again the weight fell out immediately. I got a refund.If the manufacturer could fix the problem, the lamp would be fine. There is no way to tell how many lamps have been shipped with this obvious defect.
