It's decently sized and looks just like a neon light you'd see in vegas or in a bar without the buzzing those put off. My little brother manhandled the thing so it flickers a bit when you first turn it on but otherwise it survived a 7-year-old so I can attest to its durability. My one complaint is that dust tends to stick to the tubes as they are rubber but otherwise a great novelty desk lamp.Looks just like a neon sign in the window.It's actually a strip of LED's hidden in a plastic tube, but who cares?
