Finial finishes come with a protective lacquer coating which protects the finials against discoloration and tarnishing and will not require polishing. All RDI finials are female threaded individually to fit standard harps. Easy to install, unplug your lamp and remove the old finial by turning counterclockwise. I purchased these glass finials for a new cut glass base lamp I bought and they are absolutely stunning. I only needed one but they are sold in pairs so I used the second finial on another lamp that I had. That too looked beautiful. I would highly recommend them if you're looking for something to dress up your lamp.Just what I was looking to purchase.I ordered these finials to dress up a pair of plain lamps flanking my bed. I love how the crystals sparkle when the lights are on. They peek a couple of inches above the lampshade. The bottom part screws onto the harp, and the top can be swiveled in any direction.
